RoamStamp helps you digitize your physical passport stamps, track your travel history, and discover your travel personality. A subscription may be required for full access to premium features. Your core travel data is kept securely on your device.

1. Acceptance

By using RoamStamp ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service Description

RoamStamp provides:

• A digital passport to scan and digitize your physical travel stamps.
• Tracking of your travel history, visited countries, and statistics.
• AI-powered travel personality generation based on your unique travel footprint.
• Shareable travel cards and world map visualizations.

The App may require an active subscription to access premium features, advanced insights, and exclusive shareable designs.

3. Account and Data

RoamStamp may offer anonymous usage or cloud synchronization. For offline or local features, your data remains on your device.

4. Subscriptions

4.1 Requirement

RoamStamp offers an active subscription (RoamStamp Pro) to unlock premium features. Available plans may include weekly, monthly, and yearly subscriptions.

4.2 Billing

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

4.3 Management & Cancellation

Manage subscriptions via iOS Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. User Responsibilities

• Use the App in compliance with applicable laws.
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit bugs in the App.

6. Third-Party Services

We use Apple for payments, RevenueCat for subscriptions, and AI Providers to analyze locations. No data is sold. No ads.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absolute accuracy of AI-generated insights.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor loss of data or travel records.
