RoamStamp ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your information. We believe in keeping your travel history and personal journeys private.

1. Information We Store

1.1 App Settings & Travel Data (Stored Locally)

Your scanned passport stamps, travel logs, visited countries, and personal milestones are stored securely on your device or synced across your personal Apple devices via iCloud (if enabled).

1.2 Photo Processing

When you scan travel photos or passport stamps, the processing occurs either locally or via a secure backend that briefly analyzes the image to extract the location data (e.g., using AI for geographical recognition). We do not permanently store your photos on our servers.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect or transmit:

• Your exact real-time Location or GPS data
• Your Browsing history across the web
• Financial information (credit cards, bank numbers)

3. Third-Party Services

3.1 RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and paywalls. RevenueCat may collect:

• Subscription status and purchase history
• Device type and OS version
• Paywall interaction events (anonymized analytics)

RevenueCat does not receive your specific travel history or passport data.

3.2 Apple Services

We integrate with Apple StoreKit constraints which operate under Apple's Privacy Policy.

3.3 AI APIs

We use AI services to classify travel locations, analyze stamps, and build your "Travel Personality". We only send the minimum necessary data to these APIs to perform the task, and we do not allow third-party AI models to use your data for training.

4. Data Storage

Your personal data is predominantly stored locally on your device. Account synchronization may use anonymous identifiers to connect your local app to basic backend features.

5. Data Deletion

Uninstalling the app or using the "Clear Account & Data" feature in settings permanently removes all app data from your device. If you use a synchronized account, the backend provides an endpoint to fully wipe your profile.

6. Children's Privacy

RoamStamp is rated 4+ on the App Store. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

7. Your Rights

• Access all your data within the app.
• Delete all data by using the in-app deletion tools or uninstalling the app.

We will indicate changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above.
